Silent Retreats: Quarterly members are encouraged to do a SIlent Retreat at Revelation Ranch nestled in the Colorado Rockies. This Day is dedicated to getting alone with God and seeking His wisdom through the scriptures and journaling.
Marriage Retreats: We also offer Marriage Retreats to help couples learn to abide in Christ, Hear from God clearly, and create unity in their marriage.

For more than 15 years, Blake Frye, founder and president of CORE Leadership, has led CORE forums for top business CEOs in the Denver Area. In 2021 Blake decided to expand CORE Leadership by offering the same
proven process to all leaders.
Dr. Jim Copeland, having discipled men for more than 35 years and produced men’s events for multiple men’s ministries worldwide, was asked by the BOD to expand CORE. Core Leader Forums launched in 2020 to expand
the original vision to disciple leaders at all levels, men and women, pastors, and ministry leaders.
CORE FORUM are acronyms for Christ-Oriented-Results-Expected, and Forum is:
Faith directed, Opportunity sensitive, Risk oriented, Uniquely prepared, and Motivated by eternity.
CORE Leader Forums encourage, equip, and challenge high-capacity leaders to become Christ-Oriented leaders through monthly peer forums and one-to-one spiritual direction. CORE provides an opportunity to impact the world and advance God’s Kingdom by creating a culture of trust and authenticity within an Abiding focused peer forum, maximizing each member’s business, ministry, or church to advance God’s Kingdom.
CORE Leader Forums offer a proven process for spiritual formation, business and ministry growth, discipleship, and personal transformation by leveraging Kingdom principles, wise counsel, Silent Retreats, and Marriage Retreats.
1. CORE Leader Forums are high-performing teams that are invitation-only and built around tight peer-to-peer relationships with other leaders. Each forum is capped at eight members.
2. All members agree to and sign the CORE Confidentiality Agreement and CORE Commitments.
3. CORE Wheel Updates are given at each monthly forum, allowing each person to quickly take a spiritual and life inventory and communicate it to the group.
4. Dynamic Learning Environment focused on receiving wise counsel, including Spiritual Formation, Gifts Assessments, Partner Presentations, Biblical Ministry and Business Discussions, and Thought Leader Roundtables.
5. Optional one-to-one Spiritual Direction provides monthly counsel and guidance through Abiding, coaching, direction, desires of heart processing, and preferred attendance at other events and retreats.
